Upon placing an order, you will get an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, and detailing the items ordered.
Delivery for our products to customers is usually prompt. Postage is free on orders within the United Kingdom. We make use of first class delivery via royal mail.
Deliveries to other countries are subject to additional postage charges as appropriate. Kindly contact us for specific postage charges.
If your order shows damage on receipt, please contact us prior to returning the damaged item to us.
We accept all major credit and Debit cards (processing is done via PayPal but you do NOT need to have an account with them). We also accept payment via PayPal and personal cheques. Your order will be sent once your cheque clears.
We are entirely confident of the quality and workmanship of our jewellery so that we can offer you our "No Quibble" returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days and we will give you a 100% refund of the goods value (less postage charges). Or you can request a replacement item.

Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item. We endeavour to include the actual measurement and weights (in the case of heavy jewellery pieces) of all merchandise displayed on our website.
